Sardar to lead Indian contingent for six nations tourney

New Delhi, Jun 20 (UNI) Midfielder Sardar Singh is all set to lead Indian hockey team for the upcoming six nations invitational tournament in Valencia Spain from June 27, Hockey India announced today.
Apart from India, the tournament will also feature Argentina, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland and host Spain.
The squad features a strong defensive line up, with experienced campaigners VR Raghunath, Rupinder Pal Singh and Kothajit Singh being joined by the returning Birender Lakra.
