SAD MLA Abinash Chander quits party, resigns from assembly

Jalandhar, Nov 18 (UNI) A day after SAD MLA from Kartarpur Sarwan Singh Phillaur resigned from Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and state assembly, another MLA Abinash Chander from the party today resigned both -- from the party and the state assembly.
Chander is the second SAD MLA who not only tendered his resignation from the assembly but also quit the party after he was ignored for the candidature of the party from Phillaur constituency.
Chander said that he had not decided as yet about joining any party or not.
