Mumbai, Oct 25 (UNI) Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar will ring the bell to signal the start of play ahead of the fourth ODI between India and West Indies at the Brabourne Stadium.
The Cricket Club of India (CCI), which is hosting the October 29 day-night match, announced on Wednesday that Tendulkar will inaugurate the match.
After a huge controversy, the CCI will host its first international match after a gap of nine years. It had last hosted a Test match in 2009 when India took on Sri Lanka. It had hosted last ODI on November 5, 2006 played between Australia and West Indies.
Earlier, the fourth ODI was allotted to Wankhede Stadium which is managed by the Mumbai Cricket Association, but was later shifted to Brabourne Stadium.
