RS MP Tarun Vijay donates Rs one cr from MPLADS fund for Rangers College Ground

New Delhi, Jul 2 (UNI) Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from Uttarakhand, Dr Tarun Vijay today donated Rs one crore from his MPLADS fund for redevelopment of Rangers College Ground at Forest Research Institute at Dehradun.
Mr Vijay, while donating the amount to the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar, said he was donating the amount as the college was close to his heart where his father had served.
Mr Vijay said that Dehradun lacked basic sports facilities and youth of the state need to have better sports utilities.
