Retired IAS officer V Bhaskar passes away: Guv, CM condoles

Hyderbad, Aug 5 (UNI) V Bhaskar, who was a united Andhra Pradesh Cadre IAS officer of 1981 batch and retired passed away on Tuesday night.
In a message here on Wednesday, Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan expressed her deep condolences at the passing away of Bhaskar.
She said that the departed officer rendered great services to united Andhra Pradesh and his services in the capacity of special chief secretary, finance department, and in various other postings were immensely invaluable for the all-round development of the state.
