Reliance Capital Ltd Q3 net up by 10.33 pc

Mumbai, Jan 21(UNI) ADAG group company, Reliance Capital Ltd (RCL)
has reported a rise of 10.33 percent in its consolidated net
profit at Rs 235 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as
compared to Rs 213 crore for the same quarter last year.
A total Income has increased from Rs 2106 crore for the quarter
ended December 31, 2014 to Rs 2318 crore for the quarter ended
December 31, 2015, repersenting an increase of 10.06 percent.
Earnings per share (EPS)for the quarter vended December 31, 2015
stood at Rs. 9.3 repesenting an increase of 7 percent over the
same preiod last year.
As on December 31, 2015, the net worth of the Company stood at
Rs. 14,451 crore an increase of 10 percent over the same preiod last
year.
The Company had a net debt equity ratio of 1.77 as on December
31, 2015. It continues to enjoy the highest ratings of ‘A1+’ by ICRA
and CRISIL, for its short term borrowing program and ‘CARE AAA’ by
CARE for its long term borrowing program.
