Rahul, Sonia must apologise for hurting Sikh sentiments: Majithia

Mattewal, Aug 20 (UNI) Punjab Revenue and Public Relations Minister Bikram Singh Majithia has strongly condemned the remarks made by West Bengal Congress Committee today tweeting on the official page of the Congress party that "When a big tree falls, the ground shakes" has left the Sikhs totally devastated and anguished.
While addressing a Dalit awareness rally near Mattewal, the SAD leader demanded an immediate apology from Congress president Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi on the issue.
He said such anti-Sikh acts repeatedly made by the Congress shows their mindset against the Sikhs and Sikhs cannot expect anything good from the Congress. He said 84 Sikh genocide victims are still waiting for justice but despite providing justice once again Congress has put salt on the wounds of the Sikhs.
