Raghubar directs to create awareness among youth SC/ST/OBC youths

Ranchi, Jun 22​ (UNI)​ Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today directed the officials to create awareness among the youth belonging to the SC/ST and OBC communities so that they can come forward and get loans from the various state run corporations to start their own businesses.

Chairing a high level meeting in this regard at the project building here, Mr Das said the youth of these communities are facing trouble to get loans for their business as they do not have information about the various finance corporations which has been set up by the state government from which they can get loans to start their own work for which awareness needed to be created among them.

Pune, April 26 (UNI) Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at many places over West Bengal and Sikkim; at isolated places over Bihar and Odisha; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at a few places over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and
Karaikal and Kerala and Mahe; at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya, east Uttar Pradesh and Telangana; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at most places over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam and Rayalaseema; at many places over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad; at a few places over Chhattisgarh and Lakshadweep; at isolated places over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, west Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Saurashtra and Kutch, Vidarbha, Konkan and Goa and Andaman and Nicobar Islands and near normal over rest parts of the country. Yesterday, the highest maximum temperature of 44.0°C was reported at Kothagudem (Telangana) over the country.

Mizoram-Myanmar border closure looms as Assam Rifles inform villagers

Aizawl, April 26 (UNI) The Ministry of Home Affairs is yet to officially inform the Mizoram government of the closure of the Mizoram-Myanmar border, while Assam Rifles personnel have informed villagers along the border areas that the international border will be closed on May 1, a senior home department official said on Friday.
