Singapore, Nov 15 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday said talks on a free trade agreement with India is underway and politically motivated economic restrictions will not hamper Moscow’s partnership with other countries.
"Any politically motivated restrictions hinder economic development. They hamper our activities and the activities of our partners, including even those who introduce these sanctions," Putin said at a press conference following the East Asia Summit.
"However, it cannot hinder development, it is out of the question, it is impossible," Tass quoted Putin as saying.
