Punjab decides for lumpsum waiver of 50 pc in non-construction fees

Chandigarh, Jun 23 (UNI) Punjab government has decided for lumpsum waiver of 50 per cent non-construction fees, being levied owing to the delay in construction on the assets sold by the improvement trusts thereby giving another chance of construction.
Stating this here today, Local Bodies Minister Anil Joshi said that those desirous of availing the benefit of the decision, should deposit requisite 50 per cent amount of non-construction fees to the competent authority concerned for the purpose of getting map of related asset approved till September 30, 2016.
He said those not availing the special offer would be proceeded against as per law.
