Prajnesh Gunneswaran loses in marathon final in China

Chandigarh, Oct 21 (UNI) Despite firing 10 aces and 69 per cent first service in seventh Prajnesh Gunneswaran of India was beaten by third seed Thomas Fabbiano of Italy in a marathon men's singles final of the
150,000 Yinzhou Challenger in China today.
In two hours and 55 minutes title clash Thomas, having 131 ranking in the world, emerged winner by 7-6 (4), 4-6, 6-3 against 170th ranked Prajnesh. Thomas first four aces and committed four double faults and his first service was 65 per cent in. Prajnesh committed just one double fault.
