New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) The national capital witnessed a pleasant morning on Tuesday with the minimum temperature recorded at 16 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
The weather office has forecast clear sky during the day and the maximum temperature will hover around 31degrees Celsius.
Till 0830 hrs, the relative humidity was pegged at 68 per cent.
