Delhi,Aug 25,2020 (UNI/Media Officers) : In just 2 weeks of its launch, PixaHive has caused a lot of tremors in the Photography community. Built and Financed by Rohit Tripathi, PixaHive is a free platform that hosts public domain images for everyone to use. It is one of the first websites made in India to do so.
Public Domain Photos are images which are available to everyone for use without having the need to attribute the photographer, or worrying about copyright infringement. This makes it the perfect choice for small businesses that can not afford to pay Rs. 10,000 for a single stock image as available on Indian Stock Photo websites.
PixaHive.com also aims to solve the problem of illegal usage of images by small bloggers and websites. Because of the wide and vast universe on which the worldwide web exists, it is very difficult to track how images are used.
Within 2 Weeks of its Launch, PixaHive has received submissions from over 200 Photographers who are happy to contribute to this new and amazing Indian platform. Hopefully, as the word spreads, more people will contribute and the database of Indian Public domain images will expand to tens of thousands.
Rohit also believes, that along with photographers who are paid rewards and bonuses for submitting pictures, PixaHive.com will also be loved a lot by small businesses in India who will benefit from free high-quality images available at their doors.
PixaHive was launched in the 2nd Week of August this year. A Company formation is in the works, and it will soon be a part of Pvt Ltd Company as the expansion begins.
