People of hilly hamlet in hope of development in Tripura district

Ambassa (Tripura), Dec 10 (UNI) At least four hundred tribal villagers of hilly hamlet of Dhanaban Riang Para have been in great hope of development from the state government as they have been fooled in last 25 years, as the villagers have expressed in the subdivision of Ambassa in the northern Tripura district of Dhalai here.
The village of Dhanaban Riang Para is a hilly hamlet in the foothills of Logthorai hills under Baghmara village panchayat of Ambassa Rural Development block. The village lacks facilities like potable water, electricity, road connectivity, housing, education and is enriched with poverty. And in last 25 years the leftist rulers have just lured them with promises to lengthen the line of the party rallies.
One of the inhabitants Chingla Mog has informed, "The village is named after one rich man Dhanaban Riang. But the area suffers greatly for basic facilities and prevalent poverty. As a result of the poverty the kids cannot attend schools".
