Mr Gogoi has been accused of stoking the protests against the government eviction drive on September 21 in nearby areas of Kaziranaga National Park. Two people, including a middle-aged woman, were killed when protests against an eviction drive turned violent in Banderdubi village near the Kaziranga National Park.
