Parcel loading in Hyderabad division register 100 pc increase till Nov 21

Hyderabad, Nov 23 (UNI) After South Central Railway (SCR) had put a special focus on transportation of essential commodities during the Covid-19 pandemic period, Parcel loading in Hyderabad Division has registered a 100 per cent increase till November 21 in the current fiscal when compared to the loading in the previous year during the same period.
The parcel transportation to the farther destinations like Howrah, H.Nizamuddin, Guwahati, Ludhiana helped in connecting more places for supplying essential commodities during the hour of need.
It also led to register 40 per cent more revenue than the previous year, an SCR release here said on Monday.
