Pansare murder case: defence seeks report on CBI raid on Sanatan Sanstha's headquarters

Kolhapur, Jun 24 (UNI) The defence lawyer of prime accused Sameer Gaikwad today urged the trial court, hearing the murder case of senior Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Govind Pansare, to
direct the CBI to submit a report on its alleged raid on the headquarters of Sanatan Sanstha in Ponda (Goa) following the arrest of Dr Virendra Tawade in connection with the murders of rationalist Dr Narendra Dabholkar and Pansare.
Tawade was arrested by CBI in connection with the murder of Dr Dabholkar.
