Islamabad, July 23 (UNI) A petition on Monday was submitted in Supreme Court (SC) to declare house of ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Safdar as sub-jail, according to a Dunya News report.
The petition was filed by chairman of Watan Party Barrister Zafarullah Khan in which, he stated that references against former PM were pending at the accountability court.
Nawaz Sharif held office of PM for three times, therefore, his house can legally be declared as sub-jail, he added.
