Om Birla appeals to opposition leader for smooth conduct of parliament

New Delhi, Dec 6 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Tuesday appealed to the leaders opposition parties for their cooperation in the smooth conduct of the winter session of parliament.
Birla on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee here in New Delhi.
The Winter Session of Parliament, is scheduled to commence from 7 to 29th December.
According to the official statement, the leaders assured the Speaker that they will extend their cooperation and support in smooth conduct of Lok Sabha.
Pralhad Joshi, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs; Arjun Ram Meghwal and V. Muraleedharan, Ministers of State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs; Pasupati Kumar Paras, Minister of Food Processing Industries; Anupriya Patel, Minister of State in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry; Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury , Farooq Abdullah, Shri Sudip Bandyopadhyay, P. P. Chowdhury and Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh were present in the meeting.
