Nitish to be NDA face in next state assembly election: LJP

Jamui, Oct 21 (UNI) Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) parliamentary board chairman and party MP from Jamui Chirag Paswan today asserted that chief minister and JD (U) president Nitish Kumar would be the face of NDA in the next state assembly election.
Mr Paswan told newspersons here that NDA would register historic victory in 2020 state assembly election under Nitish Kumar's leadership.
He claimed that NDA was going to repeat its performance of Lok Sabha election and win at least 225 seats in the next state assembly election.
Mr Paswan said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah created ‘Akhand Bharat’(Unified India) by abrogating Article 370 and Article 35 (A) which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
Commenting on Congress party's stand on removal of special status of Jammu and Kashmir, he said the abolition of the laws would foster peace development in the union territory and the entire country, which would silence Congress on the issue.
On grand alliance, he said the coalition was suffering from inner contradictions.
