US approves $90.6 million sale of AIM-9X sidewinder missiles, gear sale to Italy

Washington, Mar 16 (UNI) The US approved an arms deal with Italy, approving the sale of AIM-9X Sidewinder Missiles along with associated equipment, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said in a statement.
"The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Italy of AIM-9X Sidewinder Missiles and related equipment for an estimated cost of
90.6 million," the statement said.
