Six fighters eliminated during special operation in Russia's Ingushetia

Nalchik, Russia, Mar 3 (UNI) Six fighters engaging in armed resistance were eliminated in Russia's Ingushetia in the course of a special operation in the town of Karabulak, a source in the region's law enforcement has told Sputnik.
"The preliminary data shows that six fighters were eliminated in the course of the clash, their identities are being established," the source said.
On Saturday, a counter-terrorist operation was launched on the territory of Karabulak. The National Antiterrorism Committee said that a group of fighters planning to commit terrorist acts had been detected and stopped by the special forces of the Russian Federal Security Service.
