Montana sending National Guard Soldiers to aid Texas border security operation

Helena, Apr 3 (UNI) The state of Montana is deploying a volunteer group of National Guard soldiers to Texas to assist in border security operations, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte said in a video statement.
“Today, I’m signing a disaster declaration to mobilise Montana resources to help secure our southern border,” Gianforte said on Tuesday. “To address the invasion at the southern border, Montana soldiers have volunteered to assist [Texas] Governor Greg Abbott and Operation Lone Star, conducting vehicle maintenance and repair.”
