Uzbek prez congratulates Putin on re-election as head of state

Tashkent, Mar 18 (UNI) Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has congratulated incumbent Russian President Vladimir Putin on his re-election as head of state, the Uzbek leader's office said on Monday.

According to the latest data from the Russian Central Election Commission, after processing 99.01 per cent of ballots, Putin is leading with 87.33 per cent of the votes.
