Kuwaiti Emir 1st among Gulf leaders to congratulate Putin on re-election as Russian prez

Kuwait City, Mar 18 (UNI) Kuwaiti Emir Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was the first among the leaders of the Gulf countries to congratulate Russian President Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential election, the state-run Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on Monday.

The emir has sent a congratulatory message, wishing the Russian president success, good health, and prosperity, as well as further development and growth of the outstanding relations between the two friendly countries.
