COVID-19: Russia's tally rises to 7,95,038

Moscow, Jul 23 (UNI) Russia registered 5,848 more COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours, with this the nation's overall tally has reached 795,038, announced the country's COVID-19 response center on Thursday.
Meanwhile, 147 more deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours, taking the nationwide death toll to 12,892, said the statement.
Moscow remains the country's worst-hit region, it recorded 608 new cases, taking its total number of infections to 2,35,971.
