Pakistan reports 659 new infections, seven deaths

Islamabad, Oct 16 (UNI) Pakistan on Friday reported 659 fresh cases of COVID-19, taking the country's tally to 3,21,877.
As many 7 people lost their lives during the past 24 hours, mounting the death toll to 6,621.
According to the latest statistics, the figure of patients recovered from the virus has reached 305,835. There are now 9,421 active cases in the country.
