Global COVID-19 death toll crosses 6 lakh-mark

New York, Jul 19 (UNI) The global death toll from coronavirus (COVID-19) on Saturday surpassed 600,000-mark, according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University.
Till 1934 hours local time, 600,435 COVID-related deaths were recorded globally. Meanwhile, COVID-19 worldwide caseload rose to 14,210,040, according to the CSSE.
The US has been the most affected country in the world with 140,119 deaths and 3,708,555 confirmed cases, followed by Brazil (78,772 Deaths and 2,074,860 Positive Cases).
