Dhaka,Oct 6 (UNI) The deaths related to the novel coronavirus rose to 5,405 in Bangladesh on Tuesday as 30 more fatalities were reported in the past 24 hours.
During the period, 1,499 people newly caught the deadly virus, taking the country's tally to 3,71,631, the Directorate General of Health Services said in a press release.
The press statement said 12,345 samples were tested in the past day. With this, the number of total sample tests reached 20,13,776.
