Rave party of over 2,500 people raises safety concerns in France

Paris, Jan 2(UNI) An illegal rave party that drew over 2,500 people violently clashing with police who failed to stop it sparking concern amid spread of the Coronavirus in France, authorities said on Saturday.
The new year event, held illegally in a warehouse at Lieuron near Rennes in Brittany, began on Thursday and is still going on, according to a BBC report.
According to reports, some of those attending the party clashed with police, setting fire to a car and threw objects at officers attempting to shut the event down. At least three officers have been injured.
