Nairobi, Mar 26 (UNI) Four people, including one police officer, were killed and 11 others were injured after an improvised explosive device exploded in the city of Mandera in northeastern Kenya, Kenyan media reported.
The bomb exploded in a hotel on Monday morning, the Citizen Digital news portal reported.
Mandera Police Chief Samwel Mutunga said that two of the injured are in critical condition, the report added.
