7 killed, 15 injured in bus crash in Indonesia

Jakarta, Apr 11 (UNI) Seven people were reportedly killed with 15 others injured in a bus crash on a highway in the Indonesian province of Central Java on Thursday morning, police said.
The bus carrying 34 people slid into a ditch on the Batang-Semarang highway near the regency of Kendal, said the provincial police spokesperson Stefanus Satake Bayu, adding that no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Bayu said that the police interrogated the bus driver in their investigation on the cause of the accident.
