EC's innovative concept:14,000 students write to their parents to vote

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mar 22 (UNI) As a part of a voter awareness initiative, 14000 school students in Maharashta have penned letter to their parents urging them to cast their vote without falling to any temptation.
According to an official press statement issued by election officials in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar constituency, the initiative was implemented in Aurangabad Central Assembly segment. Students of classes 5 to 9 in nearly 126 schools have written emotional letters to their parents, urging them to vote without falling in pray and temptations to strengthen our democracy.
Students from 120 private and six municipal schools participated. Around 14000 students wrote these letters in the school and handed over to their parents. UNI VKB SY SSP
