Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) Maharashtra BJP leader Praveen Darekar on Wednesday highlighted achievements of the Narendra Modi government in last 10 years, saying that it has taken a determined step towards realising the vision of a developed India through various government schemes for inclusive development of crores of poor and underprivileged people.
Addressing a press conference at Mumbai BJP office, he said that by stopping corruption in distribution of funds of government schemes, the benefits of the schemes are reaching 100 per cent to poor and needy classes, as a result, about 25 crore Indians have come above the poverty line, he claimed.
He also said that the country's economy has become the fifth largest in the world today due to the changes in economic policy and implementation of economic reforms.
