Karachi will be part of India one day: Fadnavis on sweet shop row

Nagpur, Nov 23 (UNI) Responding to a media query over the controversy stirred around a sweet shop named after Pakistani state of Karachi here, Maharashtra Assembly Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis, on Monday, affirmed that the neighbouring country's state will one day be a part of India.
A few days back, a video of Sena’s Nitin Nandgaonkar purportedly asking 'Karachi Sweet Shop' owner in Bandra West to omit the word Karachi from the shop’s name went viral.
Commenting over this incident, former CM Fadnavis on November 21 stated, “We are the people who believe in an 'Akhand Bharat'. Karachi will one day be a part of India."
