PM security breach criminal conspiracy: Naqvi

Mumbai Jan 7 (UNI) Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Friday said the breach of security involving Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a serious case of criminal conspiracy.
Naqvi said this after offering prayers at Haji Ali Dargah for Modi's well-being.
He said the breach of security on Wednesday in Punjab amounted to criminal negligence against "the world's popular and admired leader".
