Kolhapur / Raigad, Apr 1 (UNI) Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Monday met the family members of former Maharashtra minister late Meenakshi Patil, who passed away last week, and expressed his condolences.
He arrived at Pezari village in Alibaug of Raigad district and paid tributes to photo of late Meenakshi Patil, a senior leader of Peasants & Workers Party (PWP).
Thackeray met MLA Jayant Patil, brother of late Patil; Advocate Aswad Patil, son; Pandit Patil, former MLA, and consoled them following demise of Meenakshi Patil.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and other leaders were present on this occassion.
