Nanded citizens complain of severe bed-shortage in COVID-19 hospitals

Nanded, Sep 11 (UNI) With Nanded's COVID-19 tally teetering on the 11,000-mark, the citizens are complaining of severe bed-shortage in the 16 hospitals designated as the Covid Care Centres.
According to figures as on Friday, there are a total of 126 beds in general wards and 64 others in ICUs of these COVID hospitals, including the Government Medical College and Hospital.
However, there is space crunch in these facilities as the citizens alleged that new patients are denied admission, though there are few beds available.
