Marathwada records fresh 1388 COVID cases

Aurangabad, Oct 1 (UNI) As many as 1388 fresh corona positive patients were spotted across the eight districts of the Marathwada region during the past 24 hours, authorities said on Thursday.
These districts also registered 39 more corona fatalities during the same period.
According to the details data from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts of the region Latur was the worst affected with 255 fresh cases and 10 fatalities, followed by Osmanabad with 196 new cases and 8 deaths, Aurabgabad 237 cases and 7 deaths ,
Nanded 264 new cases and 5 deaths,Jalna 116 new cases and 4 deaths,Beed 204 cases and 3 deaths, Parbhani 77 cases 2 deaths and Hingoli 39 cases and one death , Data added.
Meanwhile,total 18,317 fresh cases reported and 481 corona patients were succumbed in the state.
With this total toll of positive goes up to 13.84 lakh while 10.88 lakh were cured so far and 2.54 lakhs active patients were undergoing treatment and total 36662 were succumbed ,sources added.
