Vote first, then marry on Friday: Election officials appeal in Hingoli

Hingoli, April 23 (UNI) With a large number of marriages scheduled here on April 26, the date of the second phase of polling, the election authorities on Tuesday appealed to the brides and grooms - to fulfil their national duty by first exercising their democratic rights and then tie the nuptial knot.
District Election Officer Jitendra Papalkar urged the voters including the brides and grooms in the constituency to vote first at 7 am.
The Model Code of Conduct for elections has come into effect from March 16 for the Hingoli Lok Sabha Constituency alongside the entire country.
