Telangana CM to participate in FIDE Intl Chess Olympiad inaugural function at Chennai on July 28

Hyderabad, July 22 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao will participate in the inaugural function of the 44th FIDE International Chess Olympiad at Mamallapuram, Chennai on July 28.
The CM was invited through an invitation handed over to him at Pragathi Bhavan here on Friday by Parliament member Girirajan on behalf of Tamil Nadu Chief M K Stalin.
According to the invitation, the prestigious event which starts from July 28 to August 10, is happening for the first time in India and for the third time in Asia.
