T20 World Cup: Bangladesh set 154-run target for Oman

Al Amerat (Oman), Oct 19 (UNI) A three wicket-haul each from Bilal Khan and Fayyaz Butt helped minnows Oman bowl out Bangladesh for 153 in the Group B match of T20 World Cup’s first-round here at the Oman Cricket Academy Ground on Tuesday.
Bangladesh were cruising for a big total at one stage at 102/2 with Mohammad Naim (64) and Shakib Al Hasan (42) adding 81 runs for the third wicket in a must-win game.
However, Hasan’s departure in the 14th over triggered a batting collapse as the remaining six B’desh wickets fell for 51 runs.
