Srinagar, Mar 3 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship at Srinagar on Sunday.
The weeklong event for Men and Women is being played at Dal Lake and the back lawns of SKICC Srinagar amid adequate security arrangements in place.
As many as 30 teams, 20 Men and 10 Women comprising about 500 players and 60 Technical officials and team Managers are participating in the tournament to prove their mettle in the mega event in Canoeing, Kayaking, and Rowing.
