Our aim is to go to the top six: East Bengal FC’s Bino George

Kochi, Apr 4 (UNI) East Bengal FC assistant coach was happy to see his side make a comeback against Kerala Blasters FC in the Indian Super League (ISL) match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Wednesday night.
The Red and Gold Brigade started the game, but it was the home side who pounced on a mistake from East Bengal FC to take the lead through Fedor Cernych. However, the visitors drew themselves back with Saul Crespo scoring from the spot, minutes after Jeakson Singh was sent off by the referee.
Crespo netted his second of the night in the 71st minute, propelling the visitors into the lead. The Blasters' woes continued as Noacha Singh received his marching orders a few minutes later. Naorem Mahesh Singh further increased the tally, but the Blasters managed to reduce the deficit with an own goal by Hijazi Maher. Nonetheless, Mahesh found the net once more, restoring the two-goal lead and securing the crucial three points.
