Hyderabad, Mar 3 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Sunday said the work for metro railways in the old city of Hyderabad will start on March 7, from Falaknuma.
Despite the launch of metro services in Hyderabad in 2017, the progress came to a halt at the Mahatma Gandhi bus stand due to objections from the Majlis party. L&T, facing challenges with the alternative route proposed by the Majlis party and an expired agreement period, expressed its inability to
proceed with the project due to increased costs.
