Palakkad, Mar 11 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate, inaugurate, and lay the foundation stone for approximately 6,000 projects worth Rs. 85,000 crores across India, including in Kerala, and will flag off 10 Vande Bharat trains and extend 4 Vande Bharat trains on Tuesday.
Modi will flag off the extended service of Mangaluru Central and Thiruvananthapuram "Central Vande Bharat Express" virtually through video conferencing. He will also inaugurate the 24 One Station, One Product (OSOP) stalls all over the Palakkad division, estimated to have an average earnings of Rs 13,09,732 per month, and a Jan Aushadhi Medical store at Palakkad Junction railway station. The functions are being organised at Palakkad Junction, Tirur, Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasaragod, and Mangalore Central in the presence of representatives, prominent personalities, and the public.
OSOP stalls are functioning in Pollachi (1 stall), Palakkad (2 stalls), Shoranur (1 stall), Angadipuram-(1 stall), Nilambur (1 stall), Tirur- (1 stall), parappanangadi-(1 stall), Kuttipuram (1 stall), and Calicut (3 stalls).
Koyilandi-(1 stall), Badagara-(1 stall), Tellichery-(1 stall), Kannur-(2 stalls),Payyanur-(1 stall), Kanhangad-(1 stall), Kasragod-(1 stall), Mangalore Central-1 stall), and Mangalore Junction (1 stall) stations.
The prominent products sold are honey, chocolate, millet, dry fruit, Kerala jute, eco-friendly products, chocolate, hill products, aloe vera gel, herbal powders, bamboo brushes, neem combs, mango squash, juice, jam, pickles, rice, millets, and coconut oil. Saphalam Cashew, Peanut, Pistachio, Unniyappam, Almond, Pickle, Coconut Oil, Jeeva Honey, Ghee, Value Addition from Jackfruit, Madhusree Honey, Kammadi Forest Honey, Value Addition from Rice, Curry Powder, Karipetti, Palm Jaggeri, etc., the railway release said.
