UK HC violates Indian constitution by using invalid certificate issued to Prince Mukkarram Jah: Najaf Ali Kha

Hyderabad, Nov 9 (UNI) High Court in the United Kingdom has violated the article 363A of the Indian Constitution by using the invalid certificate of recognition issued to Prince Mukkaram Jah in 1967 by the Government of India.
The invalid certificate of recognition was used in the High Court thereby violating the Constitution of India pertaining to distribution of Nizam's Fund lying in NatWest Bank in UK amounting to 35 million GBP by Prince Mukarram Jah, his ex-wife Esra Birgen Jah also GPA holder of Prince Mukarram Jah, son Azmath Jah and brother Prince Muffakham Jah that has deprived the remaining family of Nizam VII their legitimate right and huge financial loss, said, Nawab Najaf Ali Khan, one of the grandsons of Mir Osman Ali Khan, in a release here on Monday.
The Certificate dated 27.02.1967 issued by Government of India recognizing Prince Mukkarram Jah alias Barkat Ali Khan as Nizam VIII of Hyderabad became nonest, mas it does not exist in law and any act for giving effect to such Certificate is an ultra virus to the Constitution of India after passing of 26th Amendment Act 1971 by adding Article 363A and substituting Article 366 clause (22).
