Maradona's demise: Kerala to observe two-day state mourning

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 26 (UNI) Kerala Government will observe a two-day state mourning following the death of football legend Diego Armando Maradona, Sports Minister EP Jayarajan announced on Thursday.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, in a condolence message, said "Deeply saddened to learn of the passing away of Diego Armando Maradona. The Argentinian footballer was one of the greatest athletes of all time."
"Our deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and his fans around the world. We all will miss him, the beautiful game will miss him," the CM added.
