Hyderabad, Apr 22 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) senior Vice- President G Niranjan has filed a complaint with Rajiv Kumar, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of the Election Commission of India, alleging Prime Minister Narendra Modi's violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) during his recent public meeting in Rajasthan.

In the complaint, a copy of which was released to the media on Monday, Niranjan accused Prime Minister Modi of deliberately attempting to mislead the public and tarnish the image of the Congress party with his remarks during the Rajasthan event on Sunday.
