Hyderabad, Apr 21 (UNI) BJP Chevella Parliamentary Constituency BJP candidate Konda Vishweshwar Reddy highlighted Congress's inconsistent stance on the liquor scam, citing their conflicting reactions in Telangana and Delhi regarding Kavita and Kejriwal, respectively.
